| We are happy to announce that through a generous donation from Intel and Dell, MassONE has partnered with JES & Co to deploy their Academic Standards Assessment System (ASAS).
ASAS will enable Massachusetts' teachers and students to search over 35,000 high quality educational resources by subject, keywords, format and resource type. ASAS will also enable teachers to search state standards by content area and grade.
JES & Co. is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating and providing environments that enable development of effective communication skills in K-16 youth through the use of emerging technologies. JES & Co. has programs operating in over 20 states and hundreds of schools nationwide. JES & Co's ASAS meets today's demand to align academic curriculum, learning resources, and assessments with rigorous academic standards. Using integrated, open, and extensible Web technologies as well as extensible markup language (XML) data structures designed to comply with federally supported and published research on curriculum alignment and resource cataloging, ASAS allows teachers to easily manage information about learning and teaching resources.
